1. This policy applies to Ontario Surveillance Consultants which are referred to here collectively as Ontariosc.com.
At Ontariosc.com, the security and integrity of our customers' personal information is important to us.
We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our customers while providing the high level communication services they expect.
2. Ontariosc.com' privacy practices are in accordance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations. We are compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
3. Ontariosc.com has in place privacy and security practices to safeguard our customers' personal information. These practices are reviewed, and if necessary revised, on a regular basis. Additionally, employees receive privacy training and must comply with our privacy practices as a condition of employment.
4. Personal information collected by Ontariosc.com is information about an identifiable individual that may include such information as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and any recorded complaints.
5. At Ontariosc.com, we collect customer information for one or more of the following purposes: - To provide a positive customer experience, and deliver, bill for, and collect payment for products and services;

6. Ontariosc.com does not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. Ontariosc.com retains personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
7. Payments for products or service can be made by check, money order or cash. We take Visa, Master card and debit through Pay Pal only. Ontariosc.com will never see, record or store any of your credit card information. If you are not familiar with pay pal please visit them. As a buyer you will not be charged any extra fees. The seller, Ontariosc.com is the one that pays fees in respect to our transactions.

If there's a problem with your order, your eligible purchases are protected when you pay with Pay Pal. Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Product on arrival at Buyer's facility. Within three (3) days after receipt of Product, Buyer must give Company notice of any claim with respect to the condition, quality or grade of the Product or non-conformance. A valid receipt (invoice) is necessary for all returns, credits and warranty service. In the event the Product does not conform, it shall be the Seller's option to replace the Product at Seller's expense or credit Buyer the amount of the purchase price for the non-conforming goods.
What's Covered - This warranty covers the original end user purchaser only for product malfunctions and defects in materials and workmanship that materially affect the performance of the product, with the exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts - This warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase of the product. Some products may have longer warranty periods, as indicated on our website in effect as of the date of your purchase. Additionally, if you have purchased an extended warranty, this warranty will continue for the term of the extended warranty, as indicated on the documentation therefore. No warranties, express, implied or statutory, will be in effect beyond the applicable warranty term.
What's Not Covered - This warranty does not cover product damages caused directly or indirectly in whole or in part by acts of nature, crime, improper installation, lightning strikes, power surges, vandalism, products that have been smashed, broken, burned or damaged in transit (even if damaged in return to us), or any other unreasonable use, abuse or misuse (including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance) of the product. The warranty does not cover software configuration issues that might be caused due to a virus, deletion of files or user adjustment errors.
Any product modified from its factory condition (including cutting wires or the addition or removal of any component such as hard drives, fans, peripherals, etc) will void your warranty. Our obligation is limited to providing service as described in this warranty. We are not responsible for any lost time, profits or business, personal injury, property damage or similar loss, or any punitive, consequential or other direct, indirect or incidental damages.
How To Get Service - A returned merchandise authorization ("RMA") is required before sending a product back to us. Before sending a product for warranty repair, please call 1-1-855-769-4555 and ask for support, or you can e-mail support at support@ontariosc.com. And we will attempt to diagnose the problem, assist you with procedures for making warranty claims to third party manufacturers, identify the appropriate warranty actions for your product, and, if necessary, issue an RMA number and return instructions.
Please do not send a product to us without an RMA. Please pack the product carefully before return and include all parts and accessories so that we can thoroughly service your product.
What We Will Do - Once a product has been returned on a warranty claim, we will promptly inspect the product to determine if a problem exists that is covered by this warranty. Customers returning products for warranty repair that are determined to be in working condition or that have problems not covered by the warranty will be charged a $65 diagnostic fee in addition to any charges for repair or replacement of the product that you may authorize after we provide you an estimate of the cost of repair or replacement. If you choose not to have a non-warranty repair made, we will dispose of the product or return it to you at your expense if you so request. If we determine that a product defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair it at no charge or, at our option, replace it with a product of like functionality.
Money Back Guarantee" Returns - If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will exchange or credit your purchase price, as long as the product is returned with an RMA and in our original packing materials, all in new condition, unused, and unmodified, including all parts, accessories and documentation within 30 days of purchase. If products are not returned in proper condition, we may refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee. Cameras, DVRs, Registers, Printers, and some other recording devices will incur a 20% restocking fee. Special orders, custom built items and opened software may not be returned. Credit will be issued to accounts in current status. Past due accounts must be paid in full before any credit will be issued. |
All Shipping is done by Canada Post for both Canadian and U.S orders.
When you please you’re on line order we will shipping within 48 hours Mon-Fri. Should the item you ordered not be in stock, we will contact you within 48 Hours Mon-Fri and give you a estimated time frame for us to restock and ship out your item(s). If you feel that our estimated restock time is not satisfactory then you may cancel your order and no charge will be made.
All packages require a signature for proof of delivery. No P.O boxes. All shipping addresses must be pay pal verified.
If paying by money order we will ship the item to any address you choose after the money order has been verified by our bank.
C.O.D Cash on delivery service can be arranged through Canada Post. The customer will pay the COD fees involved as added to the bill. Customers wishing to use COD must pay 30 % of the order through paypal or by check. The remaining 70% can be paid using COD. If the package is undeliverable or you refuse the package, then the 30% pay pal fee, or $100 CND which ever is less will be kept for deliver and return shipping charges.
